Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gin experience, but if you are not satisfied with your order, you can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all food and drink products must be in their original, sealed packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique return authorization code.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened gin bottles and treats in their original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return label and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our distillery, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
